QUESTIONS

Can we buy tickets at the door?

Yes but we HIGHLY encourage all of our guests to book tickets in advance. We only have 65 seats and shows fill up fast. You can do this right here on our website by going to the "TICKETS" page above or by calling our box office. 

Are your shows age appropriate?

YES! All of our shows are 100% family friendly. They are designed for all ages to enjoy.

What is your cancellation policy?

All ticket sales are final, no refunds. However, we do understand things happen, and we will be glad to transfer your tickets to another date up to 24hrs before showtime. 

Do you offer group discounts?

Group discounts are available for parties that consist of 15 adults or more. For group bookings please call our box office.    Note: All group purchases must be reserved under one name and transaction. 

Are pets allowed?

Humans are allowed to attend the show with their working service and/or support animals. 

Do you have a dress code?

Casual dress is acceptable however clothing featuring offensive wording and/or images, swimsuits, and cover-ups are not permitted.

What time should we arrive?

Doors open 30 minutes prior to showtime. 

Can we choose our seats?

Seating is chosen at management discretion. 

How long is the show?

Our shows are 75 minutes long with no intermission.

Do you serve food?

We have a full service snack counter complete with popcorn, candy, and bottled drinks. We do not serve alcohol or a meal. Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

Where are my tickets?

Our check in process is completely digital. Your tickets will be e-mailed to you after your purchase. You can either print them off, or present the email on your mobile device. If you do not have access to a printer or a mobile device you can check in with your group name upon arrival. 

Can I record the show?

Due to copyright laws video and audio recording is prohibited. However you are welcome to take as many photos of the performance as you like.
